In a civil case, Carroll was awarded more than $88 million in damages after a court ruled against Trump, finding him liable for sexually abusing her in 1996. Trump is currently in the process of appealing both the judgment and the damages awarded.
Despite the recurrence of this name-calling from Trump, CNN has opted not to officially respond to his latest remarks. A spokesperson from the network confirmed that they had no comment.
