The adult entertainment industry has unveiled a campaign titled Hands Off My Porn, which directly targets the potential implications of Donald Trump’s presidential run concerning the production and distribution of pornographic content. This initiative surfaces amidst concerns over Project 2025, a proposal by the conservative Heritage Foundation that outlines policies for a prospective Republican administration, including controversial plans to ban pornography.
The campaign, reported to have a budget of $100,000, will primarily leverage online platforms to spread its message. Advertisements intended to caution against conservative efforts to prohibit adult content will be featured on websites frequented by users of such material. The drive aims to reach a particular demographic—namely younger males—who, according to various polls, are more likely to support Trump.
