The partnership utilizes a quick-to-deploy platform to integrate Demand-Responsive Transit, passenger intent mapping, and personalized journey information.
Notably, the service eschews traditional transport apps, instead using popular messaging channels such as WhatsApp, Messenger, and Viber to reach users.
