PRA Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: PRAA), a global leader in nonperforming loan acquisition and collection, celebrated the launch of its Pride Alliance Employee Resource Group (ERG) yesterday. The ERG aims to support LGBTQ+ employees, allies, and advocates by fostering an inclusive work environment.
Executive co-sponsors of the Pride Alliance ERG are Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer Kim Carr and Senior Vice President of Business Development and Client Services Leigh Bates. This ERG is PRA Group’s fifth within its U.S. operations and third on a global scale.
The virtual launch event included over 70 employees from around the globe. It featured an overview of the ERG program, discussions on fostering inclusivity, and plans for volunteer opportunities and educational resources.
PRA Group’s other ERGs include Women in Business Advocates, Well-Being, Black Excellence, and ¡Hola!, which all support the company’s diverse workforce.
